Elite Standard Peptides (“ESP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Shipping & Returns Policy to explain how orders are processed, shipped, returned, and handled after purchase on elitestandardpeptides.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays will typically be processed on the next business day.

Order processing may still be affected by payment review, product availability, carrier issues, holidays, high order volume, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Method

ESP ships orders using FedEx 2Day shipping unless otherwise stated on the Site.

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, weather, carrier disruptions, payment review, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Timing

Orders that qualify for same-day shipping are typically shipped the same business day if placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

After shipment, delivery timing depends on FedEx and the destination address. While we ship using FedEx 2Day, transit times are subject to carrier performance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ESP is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • failure to retrieve a package

  • carrier access issues

  • packages delivered to the address provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will typically be provided after shipment. Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.

ESP is not responsible for carrier tracking delays, incomplete tracking events, or carrier system issues.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original condition.

To be eligible for return:

  • the item must be unopened and unused

  • the item must be in its original condition

  • the item must include original packaging

  • any original seals, if applicable, must be intact

All return requests must be approved by ESP before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • opened items

  • used items

  • items with broken, damaged, or missing seals

  • items returned outside the 7-day return window

  • items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • original shipping charges

 

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact support@elitestandardpeptides.comwithin 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the package and products, if applicable

Approved order issues may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

10. Return Approval Process

Before sending any item back, you must contact ESP for return approval and instructions.

ESP reserves the right to:

  • request photos or additional information

  • determine whether an item is eligible for return

  • deny return requests that do not meet this policy

  • refuse unauthorized returns

 

11. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less original shipping charges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an ESP fulfillment error.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

12. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an ESP fulfillment error, including shipment of the wrong item or a verified damaged shipment caused before delivery.

We recommend using a trackable return method, as ESP is not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.

13. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable, ESP may:

  • require additional shipping charges before reshipment

  • deduct original shipping and handling costs from any approved refund, where permitted by law

  • deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy

 

14. Order Cancellations

We may attempt to accommodate cancellation requests made before an order has been processed or shipped, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be canceled.

ESP reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including:

  • suspected fraud

  • payment issues

  • product unavailability

  • pricing errors

  • compliance concerns

  • suspected misuse

 

If ESP cancels an order before shipment and payment has been captured, we may issue a refund or release the authorization, as applicable.

15. Research Use Only

All products sold by ESP are offered for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only and are not for human consumption.

Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy changes or limits the Research Use Only status of the products sold on this Site.

16. Policy Changes

ESP may update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.
