Welcome to Elite Standard Peptides (“ESP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of elitestandardpeptides.com (the “Site”) and any purchases, services, content, communications, or interactions offered through the Site.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

2. Research Use Only
All products sold by ESP are offered for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.

ESP products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

ESP is a chemical supplier. ESP is not a compounding pharmacy, chemical compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, or outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
ESP will make commercially reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

•weather
•service interruptions
•address errors
•payment review
•fraud checks
•events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and to inspect the shipment upon arrival.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated by ESP in writing or required by law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us at support@elitestandardpeptides.com within 5 days of delivery and provide sufficient detail, and if requested, photos or other documentation.
ESP reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether to offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution.
We may deny claims that are untimely, incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported.
9. Accounts and Site Security
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for:

Post-Purchase Review Requests
By placing an order with Elite Standard Peptides, you acknowledge that we may send you a follow-up email after your purchase asking you to review your order, customer service, shipping experience, packaging, and overall shopping experience. These review request emails may be sent directly by us or through a third-party review service provider acting on our behalf. You are not required to leave a review, and you may opt out of future review request emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from ESP shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If you want, I can also draft a stronger arbitration-based version instead, but this version keeps it simpler and easier to implement.
21. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ESP regarding your use of the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals relating to that subject matter.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
